Yep, plastic can be restored

The lid of this G2 was badly scratched and needed a complete, three step polishing. Providing the scratches are not too deep you can use a product called 'Novus" plastic scratch remover and a buffing tool to remove pratically all scratches from most plastics. The Clairtone G2's lid came back to its orginal shine - with a little elbow grease.
